This training will examine many significant factors that exist when change is successful and attendees will focus and reflect on their own practice.
Issues such as motivation, building relationships and capacity will be explored, as well as looking at emotional versus rational tensions.
Attendees will come away with practical tips and strategies to put into place to increase the chances of changes they implement being successful.
