Marketing yourself: Improve your chances when applying for leadership posts - your philosophy, application and interview (Bangkok)

Who should attend:

All teachers/ leaders in intentional schools who are considering applying for a new job - a promotion or any kind of leadership position.

 

Course details:

This practical hands-on course will take delegates through the steps of applying for a new job, from reflecting on their own strengths, leadership styles and education beliefs, in order to write an application that stands out, and finally to conducting an interview that is memorable.

Delegates will have the chance to actually write a first draft of an application and receive feedback on it.

Interview techniques and strategies will also be explored as well as secrets to ensuring interview success. Delegates will undertake practical activities to develop interview skills, as well as have the opportunity of having a FREE follow-up mock interview with feedback via a video conference call.

 

Training Leaders:

Neil Richards and Richard Hester. Neil is one of the most experienced international school headteachers in the world and Richard is the director of School Leaders Training, with former experience of being a head and considerable international school experience.
